Sale hasn't gone through yet because of some hiccups title and then a couple issues discovered by an independent mechanic during pre-purchase inspection, but I will say Paul, the salesman I've been working with, has gone above and beyond to solve these issues. I went to Gale Toyota after seeing a car I was interested in online. The salesperson who I met with (Paul) was fantastic. I felt comfortable from the start, never felt pressured, and he seemed genuinely interested in helping me make sure the car I was looking at was a good fit for me. He was knowledgeable but didn’t hesitate to admit if he needed to look something up, which I appreciate that he just didn't make up an answer. Once I decided to make a purchase, the rest of the process was smooth. Everyone I met there was friendly and helpful, took the time to explain things, and ensured that I understood each step of the purchase process. I have not worked with the service department, but look forward to a similar experience there.
